Kentucky Manhattan
Savor this winning riff on the classic Manhattan.
The smooth profile of Stonestreet Bourbon harmonizes exquisitely with traditional ingredients that are enhanced by the nutty, earthy notes of black walnut bitters and the bold, rounded flavor of a Luxardo cherry.
What you'll need
- 2 ounces Stonestreet Bourbon
- 3/4 ounce house-blended sweet vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash black walnut bitters
- Luxardo cherry for garnish
- 3” pick
How to make it
- Combine the bitters, vermouth, and bourbon in a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well-chilled, approximately 45 to 55 revolutions.
- Keep stirring until the outside of the mixing glass becomes frosted.
- Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass, then garnish with a cherry and a few drops of bitters to finish.
LUXARDO CHERRY GARNISH
